Career Criminal Arrested For 99th Time.

Authorities in New York have arrested a 52 year old man on Long Island who they say has never had a job and who has supported himself all his life by stealing from others. Police say that Cedric McCance is a career criminal who has a long history of breaking into houses and stealing property and valuables and then selling the merchandise in order to maintain himself. He has been arrested a total of 99 times. Each time he is paroled he then resumes his activities as a burgler. He is now facing 25 years after his latest arrest due to his extensive record of offences.
