50 Year Old Post Card Delivered In Connecticut

In August of 1957 a woman named Alice wrote a post card and mailed it to a now deceased man named Harry Flood in which she wrote "...See you next week, Alice". The post card, which has a 2 cent stamp on it, was written to Mr. Flood, who was the town manager in Stratford. No one seems to know who the mysterious Alice was because she did not include her last name on the card. There is an active search currently going on at the Connecticut post office to try and track down who Alice may have been. They are combling through old census records and telephone books to try and find out who she was just to see if they can i guess. The card was successfully delivered finally in the first week of this year. Better late than never.
