In the United States it seems that we have become a country of people who like talking while we are on the run. Cell phone usage in the U.S. has skyrocketed in the last 12 years. We all have stories about being forced to listen to some dumb conversation that is going on with some cell phone user while we are stuck with them on a bus or restaurant and being bothered to death by it and wishing that they would just shut up.
