Alli Diet Pill Gets New Celebrity Endorsement

The new ads have already begun running all over the place on tv. It's the diet drug "Alli "and its new celebrity face Wynonna Judd who as we all know has been waging a titanic battle all of her life with weight. After years of losing the fight She is ready to try again and this time with the help of the famous diet drug she is hoping that her results will be different this time around. Alli is powerful as a diet drug and some people say its effective too. It can come at a price though and that price may be too high for some to pay in terms of just the sheer embarrassment that some of the drugs side effects may bring. If you log on to the website for the drug and you click on the tab that says "treatment effects" you will get a list of some of the side effects. The first one is "gas with oily spotting" that's an exact quote from the site. What does it mean? Well it means that you are going to fart all day and some of your farts may have an oily discharge as well that will likely leave spots on your underwear and pants. I gotta tell you i am loving this Alli stuff already. The second side effect, "loose stools." Also known as diarrhea. In other words you are going to be dealing with that all day too in addition to the "gas with oily spotting" fun you will be already having at work and in social situations. Third side effect and i quote "More frequent stools that may be hard to control." in other words you are going to be having a lot of diarrhea in addition to the loose stools and oily spotting and you may or may not be able to control it. Now how does that sound for fun boys and girls?
If you keep reading down the site you will get to a section called "How to manage treatment effects." There is tons of helpful stuff here. For example, The website recommends that when you get those urgent and uncontrollable "gas with oily spotting" discharges and "loose stools" like when your at work, that the best thing for you to do is go to the bathroom. OH WOW, REALLY? OH SO THAT'S WHERE YOU GOTTA GO? OH O.K. NO BECAUSE I THOUGHT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO TAKE CARE OF THAT RIGHT AT YOUR DESK OR YOUR CUBICLE.The website actually goes so far as to advise you that you bring a change of clothes with you to work in order to better cope with these uncontrollable side effects that using this stuff may bring on you. God, All i keep thinking about is poor Wynonna.
So the Wynonna Judd ads are going to keep coming on t.v. over and over and over they way they usually do when they get a new celebrity to start hocking something. They always want to scream it from the tip of the mountain top. If you are struggling with weight issues i am going to give you the most obvious piece of advice anyone can. The ONLY way to lose weight is to limit the amount of food you eat. You have to eat less food than your body needs. If you do that you will lose weight if you don't you will not its just that simple. Now diet pills may or may not help you with that but they are not going to be able to do it for you. Only you can stop putting the food in your mouth. If you are thinking about using Alli in your battle of the bulge i wish you only good luck. In light of the side effects that i have mentioned in this article you are certainly going to need it.

I was looking for a diet pill online and came across a number of different brands and a variety of different types and plans.
There seems to be so many companies that sell these wonder products but I really don't know whether or not to trust them, should I spend money on them or are they pointless?

Hi Debbie -- They are pretty pointless. A diet pill wont really help you. If you are having weight issues it has to do with your behavior. That is what you need to alter. Companies sell diet pills because people buy them. Its a billion dollar industry. You could take a placebo and it would do you just as much good. Generally 2500 calories a day is equal to one pound of weight gain. You have to read the labels on the foods you buy and then plan on eating meals that do not exceed that caloric total in one day. If you eat less than 2500 calories a day you will lose weight. If you eat more than 2500 you will gain. You dont need a pill to calculate that you need the will to make a plan and stick to it.
